CORRIDORS MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE RING OF GROWTH IN WEST AFRICA (WAGRI-CACAO) 1. JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT: The national road 11 is a road that connects the regions of Hauts-Bassins, Cascades and South-West to Côte dIvoire. Asphalting of this road will contribute to the economic development of these regions and from Burkina Faso. 7.
