The program for strengthening the drinking water supply system of the city of Abidjan , financed to the tune of 10 billion FCFA by the Bank, aims to strengthen the drinking water supply system from the water table. Sud-Comoé, by: i) the completion of three (03) capture fields of 36 boreholes with a total capacity of 160,000 m 3 / day; (ii) construction and equipment of two (2) lime neutralization and chlorine disinfection plants of 2 × 4,000 m 3 / h; (iii) the construction of nine (09) 5,000 m 3 tankseach; iv) the construction of four (04) pumping stations with a capacity of 4,000 m 3/ h each; v) the supply and laying of approximately 390 km of pipelines; and (vi) the rehabilitation of the two (02) water towers at Koumassi (2,000 m 3 ) and Vridi (5,000 m 3 ). |
