The Junior Program offers young people the opportunity to gain professional experience in development cooperation.
Guided by a coach, young people collaborate for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 years in the field on a BTC project or any other actor approved by the Belgian Cooperation. General objective
Through the recruitment and fielding of young professionals, this Program aims to contribute to the development of a new generation of experts in international cooperation as well as to capacity building and sustainable development in partner countries.
Specific objective
The aim of the Junior Program is specifically to ensure that Junior Assistants sent to the field:
- acquire the skills and expertise that open the door to a career in international cooperation
- contribute in a professional way to projects / programs in which they are involved are affected |
