The Olympic Village is a residential center built for the Olympic Games, both within the Olympic Park and elsewhere in the host city. Olympic villages are built to accommodate all participating athletes, as well as sports officials and coaches. They are very safe, only participants, coaches, officials and holders of permits are allowed to enter.
