The overall objective of this project is to improve access to employment and economic opportunities in the hospitality sector for young Syrian refugees and Jordanians in Amman, Irbid, Mafraq, Ajloun and Jerash. à 360 unemployed Jordanians will improve their employability through cross-training with an online platform. 360 young Jordanians and Syrians will participate in market-oriented vocational training and placement in the hospitality sector. 630 Syrian refugee women will be economically empowered through entrepreneurship training in the hotel sector. 1350 direct beneficiaries. 8000 indirect beneficiaries. Improving the economic situation of young people will enable them to become true agents of change and thus have a positive socio-economic impact not only on themselves and their families, but also on their communities. |
