Modernization of asphalt emulsion production systems. Meet the demands of the market, such as the possibility of modifying the asphalt and diversify the production of emulsions.
Description Expansion and modernization of the storage and production infrastructure of asphalt emulsions in the El Alto campus, through the design and construction of two asphalt mixing storage tanks, nine storage tanks for asphalt emulsion distributed in three fast emulsion, three of slow emulsion and three of modified emulsion, one tank for cold water, one tank of hot water, one tank of hydrochloric acid HCl, one tank for polymer, two tanks for emulsifiers and one tank for solvent. Specification and installation of a plant package for production of asphalt emulsions that has an emulsion production system, a system for soap solution and a system for concentrated soap. It contemplates the design and construction of all the pipes for the transfer and recirculation of products to be used, as well as the insulation in the steam, asphalt and emulsion pipes, considering the insulation and vapor tracing of the pipes. The project also includes the modernization of the emulsion loading bays so that they remain functional in accordance with the new technology. Includes fire protection system, civil and electrical works, instrumentation and complementary control. |
