The DN004 Al Kharatiyat & Izghawa scheme is located between Um Slal and Al Rayyan Municipalities approximately 15km North West of the Doha centre on the eastern side of Al Shamal Road and will be developed in 4 packages with a total area of 1,054 Ha. Package 03 covers an area of approximately 280Ha. The existing site is 80% developed, with a mix of residential villas & compounds, commercial developments, schools, mosques, parks. The proposed project will result in the construction of a single and dual carriageway road network within proposed corridors of 64m, 40m, 32m, 24m, 20m, 16m and 10m width corridors with associated utilities and house connections.
