The project comprises of procurement, installation, construction, rectification of defects, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover of the Fit Out and Furnishing work of Cluster A at Qatar Petroleum District in West Bay, Doha.
QPD project is located in the West Bay area, the central business district, which is located north of Doha city centre. The overall QPD project consists of 10 office buildings ranging from 15 to 46 levels. There are three levels of basements accommodating car parking and various services infrastructure and a podium having shared staff support amenities spaces. All ten towers are connected mainly on ground and podium level with adjacent landscaped plaza linking the in case project (Cluster A) with the other office buildings.
Cluster A consists of 3 Towers, namely Tower 1, Tower 2 & Tower 7. There are 14 floors on Tower 1 (from Level 1 to Level 14), 17 floors on Tower 2 (from Level 1 to Level 17) and 44 floors on Tower 7 (from Level 1 to Level 44). Level 1 for all towers are mechanical floor. In addition to this, there are two mechanical floors on Tower 7 at Level 14 and at Level 35. All towers of Package 1A are made up of corporate offices with the exception of Tower 7 which shall accommodate a ECCE & CMC on Level 3 and Real Time Operation Center (RTOC) on Level 4. As per requirements, Tower 7 shall also accommodate a transfer and refuge floor at Level 23.
