Al Khiran Outlet Mall project is located in the heart of Al-Khairan Pearl City and overlooking Khairan Marina Development. The Mall has an outdoor large parking areas located at the north-west side of the project and the plot is serviced with public facilities (roads, sewage, storm water, water, Power etc.).
The Mall footprint is around 75, 000 m2 and the estimated total built-up area exceeds 196,400 m2. It is composed of 4 levels (GF-MZ-L01-L02) with the following major functions:
GF: Anchors, Retail Shops, F&B, Supermarket, Prayer Rooms, Loading Bays, HVAC Plant Rooms and MEP services Rooms.
MZ: Anchors, Retail Shops, F&B, FEC and Prayer Rooms.
L01: Female Gym, Male Gym and Plant Rooms.
L02: Storage Rooms, Offices and Break Rooms
