Project Detail DESCRIPTION On December 1, 2018 there was a change of government at the federal level in Mexico, therefore all those projects that are in the preinvestment stage are subject to confirmation by the new authorities. The project consists of the preparation of the executive project, construction, operation and maintenance of 21 wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) with variable capacities and processes, which will be defined by the developer, according to the tax area and possible reuse, whose discharges will be treated by each plant. To clean up the basins of the 9 rivers in the east of Lake Texcoco, which receive wastewater from the municipal discharges that use these rivers as receiving bodies. The projection and construction of the interconnection between the sewage collectors and each plant and the emitter up to the point of delivery is considered for each case. The quality requirement of the treated effluent from each of the WWTPs must obey the update to the date of execution of the work of NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996, which establishes the maximum permissible limits of pollutants in water discharges. residuals in national waters and goods, according to the use of water.
