DESCRIPTION
On December 1, 2018 there was a change of government at the federal level in Mexico, therefore all those projects that are in the preinvestment stage are subject to confirmation by the new authorities.
The project consists of the construction of:
- Three converter stations: in the substation Villa Constitución with capacity of 840 MVA, ± 400/230 kV, in the Mezquital substation with capacity of 180 MVA, ± 400/115 kV, and in the substation Hope with capacity of 1,020 MVA, ± 400/400 kV.
- Underwater cable in CD, bipolo, ± 400 kV, 110 km long.
- Three transmission lines in CD, bipolo, ± 400 kV, for a total of 620 km in length.
- A double circuit transmission line in 400 kV and 55 km in length.
- A double circuit transmission line at 230 kV and 195 km in length.
- A double circuit transmission line in 115 kV and 2 km in length.
- A three-phase transformer bank, with a reserve unit of 133 MVA each, 230/115 kV.
- A three-phase transformer bank, with a reserve unit of 300 MVA each, 230/115 kV.
- A capacitor bank of 15 MVAr at 115 kV.
- A capacitor bank of 12.5 MVAr at 115 kV. |
