Project objective:

The resolution No. 458 of the Government of the Peoples Republic of China decided to finance US $ 1.0 billion from 85% of the total project cost of $ 102.5 million. Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation of China was awarded by the contractor. The Ministry of Finance is working on a special loan agreement with the Chinese Bank of China.
