Construction of six high-rise buildings mainly intended for residential use and partly for commercial use.
The project consists of a new residential area and a commercial one that encourages public space. Given the proximity to the Church of the Sacred Heart, in a central position with respect to the walls of the Church, to the north, a square has been dedicated to it. In the square there is a hanging garden two meters high which on one side offers a protected and welcoming place to linger in the shade and on the other allows you to enjoy the view on the castles of Bellinzona. In the court created between the new buildings, the Park of the new district has been located, which helps to create a sense of community in the neighborhood. The walkways enter each side of the district towards the center of the park,
In total there are 210 new apartments of different sizes, with modern types and about 1500 square meters of commercial / tertiary spaces that fulfill the needs of the neighborhood. In the basement there are the technical rooms and the garage for a total of 239 parking spaces. The main materials used for the finishes are mainly: - Finishing facades with plastered coat; - Terraces with stone paving and glass parapets; - PVC windows and doors; - Green flat roofs and stainless steel tins.
