The project will create a new campus for Yunnan Land and Resources Vocational College (YLRVC) in Kunming, Yunnan Province, South China, and equip it with advanced equipment. The YLRVC is a higher vocational school that will increase its capacity from around 8,400 to 12,000 students and improve teaching and training equipment. A FC development loan is to be used for the procurement of teaching and training equipment and for the construction of new test and training buildings.
