It is a dock with drawers of 398 m in total length and a width of 51 m, and the dredging of 1,100,000 m3 in the maneuvering area of ??the port. The access to the quay is made through an embankment, protected with breakwater, of 76.80 m in length.
The crates of the new dock have been executed with the floating dock "Mar del Teide", property of FCC. A total of 25 boxes of 33.95 m in length, 12.70 m in beam and 14.50 m in depth were made.
The work includes a marina for smaller vessels, formed by a fixed sheet pile quay of 140 m in length and a berthing line with 8 floating pontoon modules, and a support building of 400 m2. The new pier is complemented by a Ro-Ro ramp 45 m wide, formed by a metal structure on concrete piles with sheet metal sleeves. |
