The project activity has been undertaken to harness the available biomass power potential in the State of Haryana. The project activity is an installation of grid connected 1MW biomass gasification based power generation plant. The project will generate approximately 7446 MWh of electricity per annum, which will be wheeled to Group Company in Haryana under long-term open access agreement with Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited. The project activity will deploy Biomass Gasifier Systems to generate power from agriculture residues such as Waste Wood chips from Poplar, Eucalyptus, Khikar and Juliflora. The company has set one unit of Gasifier (model no. CPW 1200G) and 3 numers of Gas engines with individual capacity of 380 KV for a total output capacity on producer gas is 1MW. |
