Provide technical and financial assistance within the framework of a coordinated effort by the IDB Group to respond to the request of the member countries of the ADD for support in generating a common vision and launching a public-private initiative to offer conditions for institutional strengthening and financial support for national companies that enable regional production and exports to developed markets in the US in strategic value chains for the three countries.
