1. Location: Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province.
2. Current Situation: Vinh Yen water treatment plant with capacity of 24,000 m3 per day-night and Hop Thinh water Treatment factory with capacity of 20,000 m3 per day-night.
3. Target and scale:
- Target: Improve, expand and upgrade capacity and quality of current water supply system for Vinh Yen to meet the demand of using clean water for living, manufacture, business and servicing of people and all business units.
- Scale:
+ Construct and upgrade the capacity of surface water collect station of Lo River at Son Dong Commune, Lap Thach Dist. To 50,000 m3/day-night (first stage: implemented 30.000 m3/day-night).
+ Construct and expand the capacity of Viet Xuan water treatment Plant at Vinh Tuong Dist. With capacity of 45,000 m3/day-night (construct 01 more single unit like 1 stage: implemented 30,000 m3/day-nigh).
+ Construct water pipeline system D700 long L=9km, from Viet Xuan water treatment factory to Hop Thinh boost pressure station.
+ Construct 01 more Water basin 6,300 m3/day-night at Hop Thinh boost pressure station.
+ construct clean water delivery system for Vinh yen City with total 26.0 km length of pipeline D100 to D500.
