1. Location: in Tam Quan commune, Tam Ð?o district, Vinh Phúc province. 2. Current situation: Preparing the detailed planning 1/500 as approved. 3. Target and scale: - Target: construction of centralized sports center with high quality; a typical, advanced project in term of friendly ecology environment; a training center for sports athlete who are qualified to play in international games; and contribute to attract tourists to Vinh Phuc province. - Scale: sports complex in total area of 51ha with 3 main sections including the buildings to meet standards of regional and international competitions: + Stadium to accommodate 20,000 seats, supporting stadium for training; + Competition building and indoor swimming pool; + Training center for athlete with classroom, administration building, multi-purposes training center, dormitory for staffs and trainees; + Hotel with 150 rooms in building area of 6,300m2, 150 rooms, maximum height of 10 floors. + Supporting work items. 4.
