Water Garden city, a mixed-use community located in Seef District, Manama, Bahrain. Developed on a 40-hectare area of reclaimed land from the sea to the north of Bahrain, the site has a potential fixed population of 30,000 people in the commercial and residential portion with a floating population of another 10,000 people. The development will comprise luxury villas, villa compounds, a school and a small retail component. The engineering services relate to the whole development area covering an area of approximately 165 hectares. Provisions for power, irrigation, telecommunications, potable water, surface water drainage, sewerage, district cooling will also be carried out.
