Description:
The objective of the project is to upgrade and renew the network and to uniform the voltage as per Saudi Electricity company standard for medium & low voltage. The scope of work includes: Replacement of the existing network of 3.3 KV with new standard network of 13.8 KV, Replacement of network operating on 4.16 KV with new standard network operating on 13.8 KV, Replacement of all the transformers operating on 3.3 / 0.48 KV with standard transformer operating on 13.8 / 0.4 KV, Replacement of all transformer operating on 13.8 / 0.480 / 0.277 KV with new transformer operating on 13.8 / 0.4 / 0.22 KV, Replacement of old 13.8 KV Switch Gear with new SF6 Switch Gear, Replacement of old cable network with new XLPE cable, Construction of new S/S for the new load and redesign the network to operate on Ring system.
