Tanajib is an oil complex owned by the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), located on the coast of the Arabic Gulf, about 200 km north of Dammam in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The pier facilities upgrade project shall provide a new quay wall for the new expansion area, and upgrade the existing quay wall from 1000 Tons MDW to the new 4,500 Tons capacities.
This Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project includes approximately 320,000 m3 of dredging works, the upgrade of existing and the construction of a new quay wall, the construction of nine new alongside type berths including all related utilities, equipment and networks.
The EPC contract also comprises piling and electromechanical works and equipment including, substations, steel tanks, chemical silo stations, access gangways and lifting equipment, power, process and control systems, FF and FA network and systems.
