The project consists of the modernisation of the city of Vilnius street lighting infrastructure. The project includes the replacement of sodium lamps by light-emitting diodes (LEDs), the implementations of lighting network improvements, lighting management and control systems with the view to improving its energy efficiency. Objectives The replacement of obsolete inefficient infrastructure will result in higher energy efficiency, a decrease in electricity consumption and lower maintenance and electrical equipment repair costs.
