MIEN TRUNG POWER CENTER – Name of project : Mien Trung I, II thermal power plants – Location : Chu Lai Industrial zone, Tam Quang commune, Nui Thanh district , Quang Nam province . – Technology and capacity: + Technology: Gas combined cycle power plant + Capacity of each plant : Approx. 750MW – Fuel for each plant: + Natural gas from Blue Whale oil field. + Fuel consumption: About 820 million m3/year . – Project schedule : + Commercial operation of Mien Trung I : Year 2023. + Commercial operation of Mien Trung II : Year 2024. * PVN is considering reporting the Government authority to assign PV Power as the project owner of the gas power plant projects. |
