The project aims to promote the development of Senegals agricultural potential by enabling the CNCAS to develop a specific investment credit offer to support the development of a more efficient agronomic, ecological and economic agriculture. and more resilient in the face of hazards, in particular climate.
The credit supply will be based on medium and long-term loans (between 5 and 10 years depending on the type of financing) at lower rates than subsidized campaign credits (around 5% per annum).
The project provides for funding:
equipment and machinery (tractors, threshers or combines, motor pumps, hitched traction equipment ...)
storage and processing infrastructure
the rehabilitation and extension of irrigated areas.
