TER Dakar Diamniadio project aims to equip the city of Dakar of a railway system of rapid mass transport, modern and capability with the goal in its 1 st phase serve the suburbs of 38 kilometers from the Dakar central station the future new city of Diamniadio. An extension to connect the international airport Diagne (AIBD) in 45 minutes is programmed in a 2 nd phase (additional 19 km).
