Project Detail |
The Semader (SEM majority owned by two communities in the south and west of Reunion), through its subsidiary ActiSem, develops a dedicated strategy for the development and management of professional premises. The Semader realized in 1998 a first artisanal village Mascareignes 1 in the municipality of the Port. Thanks to its success and the increasing demand, ActiSem launched in 2015 the creation of the artisanal village of Mascarene 2, next to the first operation, and the artisanal village Argamasse, located in the town of Petite-Île where the rental offer of craft workshops was so far nonexistent. The Mascareignes 2 program consists of the realization of 21 workshops of 6564 m² of usable space, for a rent of 7 € HT / m² and a restaurant of 256 m². The artisanal village Argamasse has 13 workshops of 60 m² each for a monthly rent capped at 7 € / m². https://www.afd.fr/fr/des-locaux-professionnels-pour-les-petites-et-moyennes-entreprises-artisanales?origin=/fr/recherche?page=all&query=%2A&view=tile&filter%5B0%5D=type_k%3D%22page_afd_project%22&filter%5B1%5D=type_k%3D%22page_ong_project%22&filter%5B2%5D=type_k%3D%22page_research_project%22&filter%5B3%5D=source%3D%22afd%22&size=16&from=176&sort=_score%2Cdesc&facetOptions%5B0%5D=funding_program_k%2Csize%2C200&facetOptions%5B1%5D=funding_type_k%2Csize%2C200&facetOptions%5B2%5D=thematic_k%2Csize%2C200&facetOptions%5B3%5D=country_k%2Csize%2C200&facetOptions%5B4%5D=year_k%2Csize%2C200&facetOptions%5B5%5D=program_family_k%2Csize%2C200 |
