The financing mobilized by AFD and implemented by the General Delegation for Major Works will notably include: The creation of a 5.2 km boulevard linking the Case de Gaulle to the Djoué bridge in 2x2 lanes; Cleaning of the banks of the river and creation of garbage transit areas (ATOMs); The rehabilitation of the Makélékélé rainwater collector; Rehabilitation (roads, drainage, water and electricity distribution, public lighting) of roads in neighborhoods, allowing the connection of secondary roads to the Corniche Road and the Avenue de lOAU; a support plan for market gardeners, so that market gardeners relocated by the works do not see their living conditions deteriorate; Monitoring and control of the work by a specialized consultancy, until their completion in 2018
