The proposed project is an expansion of Residential plotted colony located at Village Bohar and Para, Sector-34(P), 35 & 36 Rohtak, Haryana. on plot area 652131.8 sqm & Built-up area 710982.624 sqm. After expansion, the total plot area will be 1521429.998 sqm i.e. 375.952 acres & total built-up area will be 2341488 sqm. As the revised built-up area of the project after expansion is more than 1, 50,000 sqm . It is a Residential plotted colony so the plots will be developed individually by their owner. The project proponent will provide/develop only infrastructure facilities like roads, plumbing, water supply line, waste water treatment plant, power supply etc. |
