General objective
The project aims to improve the reliability of services essential to the urban and peri-urban community of the city of Lubumbashi (living conditions, hygiene and health, drinking water production, operation of health centers, operation of schools, technical institutes and professional centers, public lighting, population productivity, environmental protection, etc.) by improving the quality and increasing the quantity of electricity supply.
Specific objective
Securing and strengthening the electricity grid, increasing its capacity to transform into MT and LV, and improving the rate of electric power supply, in particular in certain urban peripheral districts, by a service that covers, and regular, the energy needs of the population and reducing the black pockets. |
