The project calls for construction of Jewel of the Creek. The development will include construction of hotels, residential apartments, residential buildings, commercial buildings and a conference centre. Jewel of the Creek is located between Al Maktoum Bridge, Baniyas Road and the Floating Bridge covering a 123,955m2 of land. Schedule | Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG) has been landed a AED1.45bn ($395mn) contract from Dubai International Real Estate (DIRE) to deliver package eight of its Jewel of the Creek mixed-use project at Port Saeed in Dubai.
