Scope | The project calls for construction of residential and commercial centre in area close to the Grand mosuqe in Makkah. The master plan of development covers 230,000 square metres and will accomidate around 40,000 perople. The development consists of 39 commercial and residential towers. The area of the development has been divided into two areas, northren area which includes fourteen 6-storey buildings, a 6-storey paryer building and southern area with includes the other towers.
