| Work Detail |
Through the 18th District of Chaco, the National Highway Administration continues to carry out conservation and maintenance work on key sections of National Routes 11, 16, and 95, with the goal of ensuring greater safety and functionality on the road network that crosses this province. The work includes patching, weed removal, grass cutting, and replacing vertical signage, distributed throughout urban and rural areas. In the center of the province, work on National Route 95 is concentrated between Sáenz Peña and La Tigra, where localized patching, mechanical grass cutting on shoulders, and manual weed removal are being carried out. Progress is also being made in Juan José Castelli with the replacement of boundary markers and vertical signs, essential for proper signage and user guidance. On National Route 11, crews are working between Margarita Belén and the intersection with Provincial Route 90, performing mechanical grass cutting on shoulders and manual weeding around milestones and signs, especially between kilometers 1060 and 1100. In this same section, near the access to Las Palmas, spot patching is being carried out to improve the roadway and prevent accident risks. Meanwhile, on National Route 16, in the west of the province, work is concentrated between the access roads to Avia Terai and Napenay, with mechanical mowing in critical visibility areas. These tasks are essential to ensure safe traffic conditions, especially in high-traffic sections. The agency reminds users to drive with extreme caution in the areas affected, following staff instructions and temporary signage. These maintenance actions are key to preserving existing infrastructure and preventing further deterioration, contributing to connectivity and safety in the Chaco region. |
