Actelis Networks has secured a new contract to supply its advanced networking technology to support railway digitisation efforts in Northern Ireland. The order, placed through UK-based partner The Kenton Group, will see Actelis’ hybrid-fibre networking solutions deployed trackside to extend secure, high-performance communications infrastructure along rail lines. The system will enable a range of critical IoT-based applications, including automated signalling, real-time asset monitoring, security surveillance, and intelligent train control.
