Owned by Fort Morgan Sundowner, LLC, the 100% smoke free hotel features 60 guest rooms and 14 suites. Hotel amenities include a full complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool, hot tub, a fitness center and convenience store. Each room is equipped with a flat screen television, standard with 40", and suites with 50", microwave, mini-refrigerator, and free wireless Internet access. Hotel also offers rooms with hearing impaired services. For business travelers, the hotel offers a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing and copy services.
