The Entre Ríos government launched Public Tender No. 01/2025 for the second phase of the Provincial Road Recovery and Maintenance Plan, which includes projects in six departments: Concordia, Colón, San Salvador, Federal, Villaguay, and Federación. The official budget for this phase exceeds $26.5 billion, and the execution period will be 36 months. The project includes comprehensive patching of 222.3 kilometers of roadway along key corridors for regional connectivity. The works will improve traffic and safety conditions in sections with structural deterioration, aiming for a sustained recovery of Entre Ríos road infrastructure. The sections included in this tender are the following: Provincial Route No. 4 ( from National Route No. 14 to Los Charrúas ) : 24 km Provincial Route No. 22 ( from National Route No. 14 to Federal ) : 95.9 km (from National Route No. 14 to Federal ) : 95.9 km Provincial Route No. 23 ( from National Route No. 130 to National Route No. 18): 59.1 km Provincial Route No. 38 ( from San Salvador to National Route No. 14 , Ubajay ) : 26.4 km (from San Salvador to National Route No. 14 , Ubajay): 26.4 km Access to Puerto Yeruá from National Route No. 14 : 16.9 km The works will be contracted under the lump sum single responsibility modality, which implies that the successful company will be responsible for the project. complete, with no adjustments to the agreed values. The official amount stipulated is $26,518,442,616.56, calculated at November 2024 values. The opening of envelopes will take place on April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. , at the headquarters of the Provincial Highway Directorate (DPV), located at Av. Ramírez 2197, in the city of Paraná. Interested parties may submit their bids until that time. The sale of specifications is open until April 9, with a non-refundable cost of $100,000.
