Saudi Railway Company announces a public tendering invitation for Lead Design Consultancy Services of Saudi Landbridge Railway Network. The Lead Design Consultancy Services will perform the Concept Design Stage, and Optional for Preliminary and IFC Design Stages for Saudi Landbridge Railways Network. Saudi Railway Company sets the bid submission date as 15 May 2025. The project involves the creation of a passenger and logistics network of more than 2,000km across the country, from the Red Sea to the east coast. It will link by rail the Red Sea to the Gulf for the first time via a landbridge between the logistical zones of the Port of Dammam, open to Asia, and that of Jeddah, in liaison with Europe and the Americas. |
