The official budget amounts to $500 million, and the envelopes will be opened on April 22. The municipality has launched Tender No. 07/2025 for the provision and execution of hot asphalt paving on various city streets, with an official budget of $500 million . The project includes work on José Iglesias Avenue, Guarumba Avenue, Belgrano Avenue, Dr. Casillas Avenue, and 28 de Mayo Avenue , in addition to patching and repaving in key areas. Main works include: Hot paving on Av. Jose Iglesias , between Av. 1o de Mayo and Guarumba, and in Guarumba , between Jose Iglesias and Av. 25th of May. Deep patching with bituminous treatment on Dr. Casillas Avenue (access roundabout area), Belgrano Avenue (in front of the Tiro Federal Club) and 28 de Mayo Avenue (between Dr. Casillas and 1º de Mayo). Restoration of clearance and repaving on Av. Belgrano (between 9 de Julio and 3 de Febrero), on Av. 1º de Mayo and on Av. Alem . Interested companies must submit their proposals through the municipal digital platform , following the provisions of Ordinance No. 2287. They must also submit an envelope containing the password to access their bid up to 30 minutes before the envelopes are opened , scheduled for April 22 at 10 a.m. at the Secretariat of Government and Finance. The successful bidder must provide the materials, labor, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project, in addition to submitting the required detailed plans. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the contracts signature. This new call is made after Tender No. 038/2024 , opened in January with a budget of $360 million , was rejected by Decree No. 040/2025 , because the only bidder submitted a quote above the official budget.
