Real estate developer Casagrand has ventured into the senior living segment with the launch of Casagrand Cheers, its first senior living project in Pudupakkam, Chennai. The company also plans to expand its senior housing portfolio across key metros in South India. Spread across 5.2 acres, the Pudupakkam project features 331 fully furnished 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences, complemented by 4.2 acres of open space and a 24,500 sq. ft. grand central podium for leisure and relaxation. Designed with seniors safety and well-being in mind, the project includes a mini-clinic, physiotherapy room, and 24x7 ambulance service for medical support. Each residence is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system, and additional safety measures such as grab rails, skid-resistant flooring, motion sensor lighting, and foot lamps to enhance mobility.
