The Government of the Province of Santa Fe, through the Provincial Energy Company (EPE), will carry out the remodeling of more than 3 kilometers of low-voltage power lines in the town of Intiyaco, Vera department. The project, with an official investment of $126,238,713.02, will be completed over a period of six months and seeks to improve the quality of electricity service for more than 2,500 residents in the area. The project, under the Rural Electrification Fund (FER) Law, involves the renovation of 3,080 meters of conventional low-voltage power lines, replacing them with pre-assembled cables. In addition, deteriorated structures will be replaced, and reinforced concrete poles with grounding will be installed, ensuring greater safety and stability in the electrical grid. EPE emphasized that this project will optimize voltage profiles, reduce the frequency and duration of power outages, and strengthen the supply to support the regions productive development. All work will be supervised by the EPE branch in Villa Ocampo, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The proposals are currently being evaluated by the EPEs technical teams, who will determine the award based on efficiency and quality criteria. Law No. 13,414, which created the FER, aims to improve the electrical infrastructure in rural areas and small towns in the province, ensuring reliable and efficient service. Through this type of investment, the Provincial Government reaffirms its commitment to the equitable development of the territory, guaranteeing better energy conditions for the community and strengthening the productive growth of the region.
