State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Ltd. has secured two significant contracts worth ?650 crore from the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Board (UIIDB) and the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), further strengthening its project management consultancy portfolio. The first contract, valued at ?439 crore, has been awarded by UIIDB for the revitalization and development of key areas in Haridwar, a major pilgrimage destination. The project includes the redevelopment of the Rodi Belwala area, Sati Kund, Har Ki Pauri, Subhash Ghat, and commercial zones near the railway station. The second contract, worth ?219.45 crore, has been awarded by C-DOT for project management consultancy services for a new campus in Mehrauli, New Delhi. These projects align with NBCCs commitment to urban infrastructure development and modernization initiatives across the country. |
