The company’s regional expansion plans, includes new projects in Abu Dhabi Object 1’s sustainability focused residential development, EVERGR1N HOUSE, is said to be on track for completion with handover scheduled for Q2 2026. The development is taking shape in Jumeirah Garden City and will features 219 residential units from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
