This is a section of Provincial Route No. 11, which connects both towns in the Pehuén Region. Governor Rolando Figueroa presided over the opening of envelopes with the economic proposals for paving Provincial Route No. 11, Section Junction Provincial Route 13, Junction Provincial Route 23, which connects Villa Pehuenia with Moquehue. Ousset thanked the mayors for their work and said that as soon as the administration began, a road infrastructure works plan was launched, unprecedented in the province. “We have more than 600 kilometers under construction or in the bidding process,” he said and stressed: “What the governor said is being done, we made commitments and we are executing it with great responsibility and taking care of the resources of all Neuquén residents because that is defending Neuquén identity.” In turn, the head of Upefe, Tanya Bertoldi, said that “the Province is going to invest 15 million dollars for the construction of this route” and praised the transparency process that is being carried out. “We are broadcasting the entire bidding process live,” she stressed. He reported that there are seven interested companies, something that did not happen in previous years and praised the joint work of all areas of government. For his part, the mayor of Villa Pehuenia, Arturo De Gregorio, said: “This is a project that our town has longed for, the asphalt will change our lives.” After thanking the governor for “the decisions he is making,” the mayor said that the provincial leader “has an ally in Pehuenia to continue working and to continue improving the infrastructure of the province and especially that of the interior, which is so important.” The bids corresponded to 7 companies: Se.Mi.Sa; UT Autovía Construcciones SA – Arco SRL.; Jose J.
