Khimji Ramdas LLC, Oman announces that JV partner, Archimedes Marine Engineering & Contracting LLC, along with Khimji Ramdas Construction LLC (a division of the Infrastructure Group), has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries Wealth, and Water Resources to construct and develop a Multipurpose Fishery Port in the Wilayat of Masirah, South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. This prestigious project is valued at OMR 28 million. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agricultural, Fisheries Wealth, and Water Resources, and Mr. Hritik Khimji, Director of Khimji Ramdas Construction LLC – Infrastructure Group, in the esteemed presence of His Excellency Dr. Yahya bin Badr Al-Ma’awali, Governor of South Al Sharqiyah. The Project includes Construction of a breakwater extending 4,172 meters, Deepening of the port basin to 5.0 – 7.0 meters, Development of a 1,100-meter skiff beach and Installation of 13 floating pontoons to provide dedicated space for skiff boat and yacht berthing. |
