United Drilling Tools Ltd (UDTL) has won an ?80.84 million order from Oil India Limited to supply 2,000 meters of Large OD Casing Pipe with connectors, the company announced today. The equipment will be delivered over three months for Oil India’s Andaman offshore exploration project, involving deep wells reaching depths of up to 4,200 meters. The order reinforces UDTL’s presence in India’s energy sector and strengthens its ties with public sector enterprises. Established in 1985, the Noida-based company specializes in manufacturing oil drilling equipment, including wireline and well service equipment, gas lift equipment, and downhole tools. Manoj Kumar Arora, Chief Financial Officer of UDTL, highlighted the company’s commitment to product quality and timely delivery, emphasizing its focus on research and development to meet international standards. With India’s oil demand expected to reach 11 million barrels per day by 2045, UDTL anticipates strong growth opportunities in the domestic oil and gas drilling equipment market as exploration activities expand. |
