Hassan Allam Holding announces that its subsidiary, Kortech, has been awarded two new additional packages for the MEP Enhancement Works at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Kortech’s expanded scope includes base-built enhancement works across multiple parcels, covering firefighting, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, electrical, ICT, BMS, and fire alarm systems. These works will be executed across several high-profile office buildings within KAFD, spanning multiple floors and covering a total built-up area exceeding 22,000 m². As Riyadh’s premier Central Business District, KAFD is a landmark urban development featuring extensive commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality spaces, seamlessly connected to the city’s transportation networks.
