In just over a month, close to 500 construction professionals from coast to coast will arrive in Quebec City for the 2025 CCA Annual Conference. Taking place March 11-14, this year’s conference promises an exceptional line-up of speakers, engaging breakouts, and valuable networking opportunities, all within the intimate setting of the historic Fairmont Château Frontenac. On Tuesday, March 11, Charting the future: Canadian politics in transition, sponsored by Aviva Canada, featuring freelance political journalist Chantal Hébert. With a new Liberal Party leader to be announced just days before Hébert takes the stage and an upcoming federal election, she will have lots to say about Canada’s evolving political landscape. The CCA is also excited to announce that Patrick Lamarre, President of Kiewit Canada Group Inc., and Heather Masterson, President and CEO of Travelers Canada, will join CCA President Rodrigue Gilbert for the CEO power lunch on Wednesday, March 12. These top executives will explore emerging business trends and growth opportunities in a rapidly changing market. Paul Smetanin, President of the Canadian Centre for Economic Analysis, will follow with Building in the void: Governance challenges, risks facing Canada’s construction future.
