Work Detail |
Governor Maximiliano Pullaro began the works to improve the value of Juan José Paso Avenue in Santa Fe, within the framework of the Capital Agreement. The work, with a provincial investment of $1,441,226,304.34, will be carried out by the company Mundo Construcciones SA and will have a term of execution of 240 days. The project includes the remodelling of the central median with the construction of a pedestrian path, widening of the headways to reduce the length of crossings at intersections, modernisation of the lighting system, installation of street furniture, marking of paths, incorporation of fords and bicycle lanes. The Capital Agreement includes five priority works financed by the Province and executed by the municipality, with an investment of more than $11.5 billion. These include the paving of Peñaloza, Larrea Street and the improvement of the central flowerbeds of Juan José Paso, Aristóbulo del Valle and Siete Jefes Avenues. During the ceremony, Pullaro highlighted the importance of public works for the growth of the province and the efficiency in the administration of resources. He also mentioned the recent award of the Santa Fe-Santo Tomé bridge and other key interventions in the city. Mayor Juan Pablo Poletti stressed that this is an emblematic project, since there have been no improvements in Juan José Paso for years. He also highlighted that the project will connect with the bike path on Avenida Urquiza and will solve drainage problems at the Club Colón roundabout. |
