Six bids were submitted for the enhancement of the central median strip of Aristóbulo del Valle Avenue, a project that seeks to improve urban mobility and strengthen the infrastructure of the area. The intervention will cover 15 blocks and is part of the Capital Agreement, with an official budget of more than $2.7 billion. The work includes the construction of new pedestrian paths and interchanges at all street intersections, the execution of a bicycle path with bicycle points, the installation of tactile paths for accessibility, improvements in general and ornamental lighting, the installation of new street furniture and waste bins, as well as stormwater drainage, afforestation and landscaping works. The section of the road is located on Provincial Route No. 2 and connects various towns, such as Monte Vera and Laguna Paiva, improving regional integration. The headquarters of the Association of Merchants, Industrialists, Professionals and Friends of Aristóbulo del Valle Avenue was the venue for the envelope opening ceremony, with the presence of municipal and provincial authorities. The provincial government stressed that this intervention will not only optimize vehicular and pedestrian circulation, but will also strengthen connectivity between neighborhoods and improve the quality of life of residents. With the tendering of this work, a new step is taken in the infrastructure plan that seeks to modernize different sectors of the city of Santa Fe. ObraPublica.com CENTRAL FENCE OF AV.
