Gurugram-based infrastructure firm K2 Infragen has secured a ?142 crore road project in Gujarat, the company announced recently. The contract, awarded under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, involves upgrading and strengthening the Jetpur-Somnath section as part of a performance-based maintenance contract (PBMC). With this order, K2 Infragen’s total order book has risen to ?550 crore. “This landmark project is our largest single order in the roads and transport infrastructure domain. While the scheduled completion is set for September 2026, we expect to finish most of the construction within this year,” said Pankaj Sharma, Managing Director of K2 Infragen. The company is also actively exploring opportunities in the solar EPC sector, Sharma added. |
